1. Book
Discuss your needs with our team and book a convenient time for your appointment.

4. Adjust
Leon is thorough, he will make as many changes as possible to enhance safety, balance, and overall performance.
2. Prepare
We advise you how to prepare your vehicle and caravan at full load for accurate results.
5. Improve
Your car and caravan is weighed a final time, demonstrating the corrections made and other improvements.
3. Weigh
Weights, heights and axle loads are accurately recorded at travel height, then our mechanic expertly analyses the data to identify any weight and towing issues.
This includes vehicle suspension!
6. Explain
Your results are thoroughly explained and emailed to you in a detailed report, plus we provide you with a hard copy of your printed weigh dockets which are accepted by Vic Roads.
Your report will include clear guidance on any upgrades or adjustments needed for safe and compliant towing,
such as GVM/GCM upgrades, airbags or other improvements.
If required, our team can provide a quote and complete all necessary work in our Altona workshop.
We also provide full aftercare and ongoing technical support to all customers following their weigh appointment.
Lastly, you'll also receive a 10% discount on any reweigh of the same setup should you make changes down the track.
